Calories in takeaway latte/cappacino

I understand it would be a rough guess but how many would you reckon thier is in the ones you get from service stations or Centra/Spar etc i.e from the machines. They have 2 sizes medium and large so if anyoine has any idea please post

Milk content etc would vary it greatly, but I'd hazard a guess that it's similar to this. Bear in mind this contains skim milk powder.

Your really only accounting for the milk tbh so take a guess of how many mls you think the are in the carton cups. In my local spar the mediums are about 350ish mls and the large is about 500mls.

Full fat milk has about 65kcal per 100mls and skimmed is about 20 kcals or so less than full fat.

You're trying to gain though right? I would be overly pedantic about the cals in everything you eat then. Just make sure you get in lots of calorie dense foods and increase until you see the scale shift upwards.

As far as I remember, the cappuccino in McDonalds has 72 cals per cup. Most coffee shops etc have more.
