Change photo orientation for printing

Hello, Apologies if this has been brought up before but i am just wondering is it possible to change the orientation of a 4x6 photo, to 6x4, it's just i have a frame bought and all my photos are width wise and I need length wise. Thanks

You can, but it will involve cropping the image. What programs have you got? The crop tool in Lightroom can be set to specific sizes, 10x8, 7x5 etc ... or you can input custom sizes and just adjust the crop square to suit.
