If anyone wants to play Santa Claus on the below please feel free:

    1. new mp3 player (size small but w/ large hard drive)
    2. new runners
    3. new trigger point foam roller
    4. squat rack (can be used, I'm not picky)
    5. new slimming workout clothes ;)
    6. new water bottle (the kind that don't give you b cancer)
    7. stop watch/timer (so I can actually tell how slow I am & how looong my rest breaks really are)
    8. comfortable noise canceling earphones (so I don't have to listen to Take That or such nonsense in gym)
And while I'm at it & on a roll...
    9. a newly additionally built room in home to keep gym stuff in
    10. some money to get all of the above

    1. More than 1 power rack
    2. More than 1 bench
    3. More 20kg plates so I dont have to load up the bar with every last 5kg and 2.5kg plate because theres more than just me deadlifting
    4.A Prowler
5 Anything I can do GHRs on on my own

    1. More than 1 power rack
    2. More than 1 bench (that's pretty weak, even my lame a**-no-rack gym has 2 benches)
    3. More 20kg plates so I dont have to load up the bar with every last 5kg and 2.5kg plate because theres more than just me deadlifting
4.A Prowler (mm, I've always wanted to give one a go)
5 Anything I can do GHRs on on my own (good luck, I tried hooking my heels under my couch, didn't quite work and using a swiss ball didn't help either. Can you try this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=09T_m_0FCSg, although it didn't fly at my gym)

There's another one using a bench & padding, hang on a min.. ghr bench

For peer pressure & consistency I'll add in the ghr to my list too, they could certainly do with the extra work.

You see the way he has his weight on his knees? I did something like that before, my kneecap moved in a way it never moved before and wasnt right for quite a while after hence Id love the proper rig for them.
Id use the smith machine bar if it wasnt in constant use in my place......only thing Ive used it for is as a stand up roller for my back! :pac:

Oh another thing for the gym.......pro plus in the vending machine!!

Ok thanks for the tip on that, was actually going to try that, but my knees are sensitive enough, don't want to bother them.

A vending machine with some healthy choices of course. Like nuts and dried fruit, unlike mine where it is chocolate, crisps and sugary drinks.

    Seated calf machine
Swiss bar for some stuff, mostly hammer curls
The most important, people to clean up their sh*te after themselves and not leave the gym floor looking like a bombsite

Our place is fairly well set up to be honest

    In my dreams
a TRX suspension system (with a decent place to hook it up)
    Dual adjustable pulley
Spin bike (tomahawk is the preference)
    Rubber coated dumbbells 2-20kg
    Power rack and platform
Assisted weight chin dip pull up machine (im weak okay!)
    foam roller
    Olympic bench
    5ft olympic bar
    100kg of discs
    weight sled
    And a lifefitness/technogym treadmill
oh and a leg press machine and a lat pull down!:D:D
what more could a girl ask for

People are annoying aren't they? Had to put up with one woman singing to herself at the gym as well as the crappy music they play.

Seated calf machine maybe. Other than that I'm all good. :)
I could do with some foam rolling gear but that I can get myself.

My dream foam roller, I gave this one a test run once, I know its a bit overpriced but it feels soooo good, and it actually gets into my hips. I've already gone through 2 foam rollers, my latest one looks like a toothpick.

Within the next week or so I'll be pretty much set with literally everything I might need.
    And more.

    Possible exception of lifting straps.
But the issue hasn't come up yet.

I, of course, accredit that to all the pinch grips I do.

Remmy, I'm pretty sure a log and stone can be found which you could make use of.

    1. I'd like to see a power cage - not even a fancy one just a basic cage.
    2. A good reverse hyper would be good or even a normal hyper.
    3. A bench pull bench.
    4. DB's that go higher than 50kg.
    5. Trap bar deadlift.

Amazing gear for training! Used to mess about with friends in the hay shed climbing some rope we had when I was younger, recently went back to do it and couldn't get over how hard it was to do, literally ripped the skin off my palms when I slid down a bit though :(

A sled drag would be pretty cool too.I might chance making one over the weekend with a wheel barrow and some chains.

Sled drags are bad for your eyes.
