I was wondering if anyone knows much about the restaurant? Ernie Whalley gave it a decent review but commented it's a bit grim, as do some of the online reviews. These are from 2010 however, so maybe it's been spruced up a bit? Sounds great otherwise,

Shame; it seems strange that with such a good reputation for their food, they don't fix the place up. Someone on Tripadvisor made a negative comment about it and, while the restaurant did make a lengthy reply, they didn't deal with her criticism once (http://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/ShowUserReviews-g186605-d1626388-r67454148-Mantraa_Indian_Restaurant-Dublin_County_Dublin.html#REVIEWS). Restaurants aren't _just_ about the food.

They emphasised their priority is the food, at a good price, and offered that reviewer to come back, and if she didn't like it she wouldn't have to pay for it...

Seems a reasonable response to someone reviewing a restaurant they didn't even dine in.

Do you have to call advance and mention the voucher or can you just go on the restaurant and show the voucher?
