    There would be no noticable difference at all. Other than the 1 link is for 2 gig, the other for 4 gig. Def go for the 4 gig, although you'll need a 64 bit operating system to make full use of it.
    Hope this is what you were asking.
    Ps. the 4 gig kit of memeroy would also overclock better with those heatsinks fitted. Day to day performance from the 2 types of ram would be exactly the same. Only the extra 2 gig in the 2nd kit would make any difference to multi tasking etc.
