    In full time eduction now and I want to take a year out from my course for my own reasons If I do a Fas course in that time will I be elible for the BTEA when I go back ?

    No, you must be starting year one of your course to qualify for BTEA, and also be in receipt of a jobseeker's payment to qualfiy.
