ssangyong fuel filter

    Hi lads, need a bit of help here. I have an 06 SSangyong Rodeus,2.7. Been having a bit of trouble cold starting lately,suspected battery but it's only a year old,even though it drains after a few attempts,a quick charge and the car would start Thought it was the glow plugs so changed them,no change. From yesterday,it's getting harder to start,even when warm. This morning no start at all.     It's held in place by a bracket which I can't figure out how to remove, the 3 pipes sticking out seem easy enough,they all have press connectors, it's the body of the filter itself that's confusing me. Has anyone changed one,it's the merc \ml270 engine,although I'm not sure if it uses the same filter,mine has a water seperator, which I've emptied btw. Any help appreciated.
