    Gonna try for four of these this evening. hurt ankle at weekend so just trying new things than usual routine all week. what would people think of

    4 sets of the following.......
    500m row/ 1km cycle/20 bodyweight squats (1st time and 3rd time),20 hanging leg raises (2nd and 4th time),

    might just be easier to pick one from the metcon thread and asking do you want it to be short and gasssssy or longer and a bit more time to catch your breath.

    for short and fast i would try for a change - 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1reps of squats, press ups and sit ups

    for longer with rowing maybe 500m row, 3 rounds of cindy (5 pull ups, 10 press ups, 15 squats) x 3 rounds total.

    All very simple. Just make sure chest touches floor on press ups and you break parallel on the squats.
