Antbody know of any reasonable firms that offer quality advice in commercial kitchen design/layout at affordable prices? Live a stones throw away from boss catering but am looking for value for money as opposed to taking out another mortgage!

WHy don't you look a local carpernter, if he is handy at 2nd fixing then there is no need for it to be that expensive. It's the doors that cost the money so keep that in mind.
