Hi there everybody, just wondering if anybody know how to get files from a solicitor who has decided to stop representing my injury case and will not give me my files until i pay him a huge amount of money. If there is any information available out there i would appreciate it very much. Many Kind Regards, Jesse.

Two things.
1. Get another solicitor to write and offer an undertaking to pay taxed fees if recovered.
2. Write to the law society.
