    Hi All,

I haven't done much buying on-line but the little I have done has been on Ebay, no problem.

This week I saw something on Amazon, thought I'll get that. Went to buy and found out they don't take Paypal:eek:, nor my Lazercard:eek::eek:.
Thats all I have as payment instruments.
I find that truly Amazing, aren't they Global so to speak!:pac:

Yeah Amazon aren't very acommodating to people in Ireland unless you're in the north. Hardly any website outside Ireland accepts Laser.

You'll need to get a prepay credit card if you can't get a "real" one. There's a few options around such as 3V and O2 just laucnhed one.

So what? Are you in a rush ? I never understand why people get so excited over waiting 1 or 2 days versus 4 or 5 days for a DVD.

Laser card offers little or no security procedures for retailers to verify customer identities. It's something that a lot of retailers wouldn't go for even if it was europe wide as the security exposure is too great.

Paypals fee structure is very expensive conmpared to normal internet card processing so again a lot of retailers won't offer it.

I still find it "amazing" that people expect any retailer outside Ireland to accept Laser cards! :pac:

Every retailer should accept Paypal IMO.. but as Pat has said, the fees associated with Paypal do make it a tad pricey to use everywhere.
