Is there a way of buying Liberty Reserve without an Irish Bank account? I don't have a bank account as I just moved back to Ireland and I'm not sure if it's allowed that money is transferred from a third party account. Does anybody know an exchanger that accepts credit card and doesn't have massive fees? Thanks guys

I think a number of stores carry a cash option, I might be thinking of Ucash though.

I bought a Ukash card and found an exchanger that would convert it to Liberty Reserve, but they take a relatively massive commission, about 17%. I think there's a way of funding Liberty Reserve via paypal, and the commission is only 7%. I'm still looking into it though
