    From 1950, apparently, and it demonstrates clearly why lighter bikes have become so desirable. ...so that you can throw them further (plus maybe they'll even float so that you don't have to fish around the bottom of a river to recover your bike).



    The commentary is as entertaining as the video footage e.g. "E's a referee, 'e is. Aye. He runs backwards for training. Been run over twice".
