Thinking of getting a couple of these Nankang NS-2's at the moment, has anyone used them, they seem decent but some reviews are dodgy, the size im after is 205/55 R16 91V and I'm getting them for 60 euro a corner delivered which is fairly good.

Also I have two new leading brand tires, would it be ok to put these nankangs on the front of my car and the others on the back ?

Nankangs are commonly referred to as "ditch finders" and "panel beaters friends"

    Get something better I think.

These are supposed to be quite good.

They're average at best in the dry, very bad in the wet.

Had a quick skim, a lot of positive reviews there.

Wife's V70 came with them and - while the size and weight of the car may be a factor - I found them to be shockingly bad, particularly in the wet. Replaced them with Vredestein Sportrac 3 as I was so happy with them on my ALFA. Payed a similar price too, from either Camskill or Eiretyres - can't remember; bought 3 pairs between the 2 cars. Tend to find one can outdo the other on price sometimes, though Camskill delivery time is quicker.

You will see alot of comments re ditch finder etc however I believe many of the very poor reviews relate to the older designs or smaller sizes which are different tyres completely. Ive used them in 18" size and find them ok. Not the best tyre ever but tbh if you are finding ditches with them, its time to look at yourself and your driving.
They have a pretty quick wearing compound and offer reasonable comfort due to the sidewall being relatively soft too.
Wet grip isnt as good as top rated tyres but I wouldnt mind using them again and tbh I do lean on my tyres a fair bit.

I currently have vredestein ultrac sessantas on rear of my car - stunning wet grip from those and not expensive either.
