Nursing Or Teaching-Genuine Advice Needed

First of all I hope I posted this in the right place.

Okay guys I'm torn between the two above, here's the story.

I am currently doing a plc for arts in Liberties College, I am doing well and looking set to get my 8 distinctions. If I'm to follow the route I intended by doing this course I will be doing one of these two courses next year.

Either one I'd be delighted with.

However recently I keep thinking about other options, the one that keeps coming to mind is nursing. In school my favourite subject was biology it was probably the only subject I really enjoyed studying. and this is where the problem is, I've talked to my family and they keep saying study the subject you like/enjoy most which I'm pretty sure is biology and anatomy etcetera.

    Job Satisfaction
I keep thinking about the teaching and kind of wonder, would I be fed up teaching after a few years. Would I be sick of dealing with ungrateful teenagers.

If I was a nurse surely I'd come home every day knowing I made a difference/improvement to someone's life. Would I be more satisfied being a nurse?

Another thing that occurs to me is I've already spent an extra year in my attempt to get into college, if I was to decide to do nursing I'd have to do another PLC and spend another year or more in my effort to get into college. Half of me just thinks just go straight into teaching, you'll be in and out of college faster and get a job (hopefully).
Which leads me to my next point after my 4 or 5 years in college what would each career offer on the jobs front regarding availability?

I hope this isn't a non-sensible mess of a post but I've had two sleepless nights this week, its a weight on my mind. And the nursing course I have my mind on is

I'd like to hear from nurses and teachers (studying to be/qualified) alike and anyone else who thinks they have an opinion or help worth sharing.

Hope I didn't leave anything out.

    Thanks in advance.
