howcome youve no squats in there?
if youre making progress its hard to argue with but out of curiosity how is it youre doing a starting strenght type programme but not starting strenght?

Are you taking any supplements? Are you in a gym or working out at home?
To gain weight or pack on some size you need to be taking in more calories than your burning.
Just google how to gain mass/size but just briefly eat like a mo fo and take lots a protein shakes + creatine!

Too few exercises, and some muscle groups missed entirely! What about your triceps or your calfs? Your also training your back two consecutive days in a row which isn't good.

If you have 4 days to train then consider a 4 day split where you will target 2 muscle groups more intensivley in each session. Should take around 35mins a time. In conjunction with good nutrition will give great results.

Picking exercises at random off a list based on what you like isn't a great idea. It's too easy to pick chest and biceps and miss other critical areas like quads and calfs entirely. You want big muscles> Hit your legs HARD!

triceps, calfs, biceps, quads these are muscles, not muscle groups
