    Anybody know what Ronnie Delany looks like these days?

    I was mucking about on Google Earth, and was in around the magazine fort in the Phoenix Park, and spotted an eldery man out jogging, with a green cap and an old "Irish Runner" magazine (I think) sweatshirt on. From what I recall, it looks very like him.

    That's classic and it is Harry. I frequently see him in the park and now he is immortalised in google earth. I wonder what's in the envelope he is carrying

    That's funny, I was in the park yesterday and passed an elderly man too, gave me a big ole smile. I was thinking to myself that he kinda looked like Ronnie but I was pretty sure it wasn't.

    Harry is a legend, and a real inspiration. He regularly does 10 mile runs, he's 80, and afaik he is a former national marathon champion.
    He doesn't confine his exertions to running either - I've seen him out on a course the day before a race sweeping the leaves away from the corners, and he's a regular among the start/finish teams in the park races.
