I have an option to buy the former for a little less, whats the difference?

Is it worth buying a iPhone with an authorized unlock for the sake of €100?

There's no difference. Buy whichever is cheaper.

There is no difference they are exactly the same thing. The prices should reflect that. Be wary of buying unlocks if you desperately want it to be legitimately unlocked go to the carrier to which the phone is locked and top up by the necessary amount (usually 120-150) and they will unlock it for you.

Do not buy any unlocks off any sites claiming to be legit/authorised/factory etc. They aren't and to the best of my knowledge use the same unlocks provided by the dev team for free.
