    In these recessionary times strips of old lino (floor covering) will do the same job, it dosn't need to be see through and you'll get them from a flooring retailer for free.

    on a similar note anyone know where i could get the stuff / plastic used on mower guards, you know the heavy plastic stuff, probably similar to side curtains on lorrys

    I had strips of lino on a creep years ago and because it was soft, the calves chewed it to pieces. Vet had to do surgery on one calf to remove pieces of it from his stomach and it ended up costing me a lot more than it would have if I had bought the proper stuff.

    Have it here over 26 years with metal strips on the bottom of it, no hassle with it.
