Bmw e60 wing damage repair

    Got some damage to my dsf wing, took it to a garage and wow its 1100 bills to fix, as they say as the wing is aluminium the dent cant be fixed,will post a pic tommorow as its dark now, any help out there would be grateful thx...

    Definitely post a pic. I repaired some light gouges to a 520d M Sport E60's wing a few weeks back. Even still, replacing it, 1100 does sound a little harsh.

    when you are typing in the reply box look for attachment symbol above it is right of the smiley symbol click on that and find the file on your computer open and upload then submit it will appear as jpg link in your message

    Doesn't seem extensive TBH, if it was something I'd tackle, I'd take out the headlight, bend back the offending piece and then proceed to paint it as it won't be 100% straight.

    Well, I'm nowhere near you, I'm in Cork I'm afraid. But bring it to a few of your local bodyshops. Someone will give you a reasonable quotation. Maybe ask the mods to move it to the normal motors forum, someone there will be able to recommend a local shop to you for sure.
