Guys, wondering if anyone can help me price a slatted shed for rent in the current envirnoment. Looking at a yard with storage sheds available and a 5 bay shed good for 50 cattle, pins, crush etc all available. Its local and available now so first but silage can be stored for the winter. Local auctioneer told me its €400 a bay which seems excessive but wanted to get your opinion. Anyone renting anything similar (west of ireland, galway/roscommon).

Have a good laugh in his face. I took a farm with a shed for 70 cattle coming with it, and im not going to pay extra for it. I would put a price of €750 on the shed a little more if using silage slab etc If slurry goes out on the land around the shed that is not yours I would knock of a few quids

have done the same down my way no extra money for slats.a lot of empty sheds around but one near to you is always worth something.
