Is the outgoing FF government still having Cabinet meetings and if they are what is the point as they will be out of power in a few days time?

Continuity. The country still has to function at many levels, that requires people to keep on working.

I'd be surprised if there were any Cabinet meetings going on. I assume the civil service is running the country during the interregnum.

Each of the remaining members holds so many portfolios that any one of them would probably constitute a quorum on his own. If one of them wants to have a cabinet meeting, he (or she) could just sit on his own and talk to himself.
