    Hello there,

I am new to airsofting and am about to buy my first gun. Firstly I have to say I do not live in Ireland but rather Scotland instead, though the laws are different I'm sure they wont complicate things much. I do not plan on attending any matches or events and would like to buy a simple airsoft gun for use around the house. I have searched around the web and have found two that I want. The first one is a springer L85A2 and the second an electric AUG. I was wondering however if there are any cheaper AUGs or even an xm8 around the £50 margin. Here are the links below:

    L85A2

    AUG

So can someone tell me which one is probably better for indoor use and is fully automatic a big bonus?

    Regards Ryan

    Well... Interesting username there...

First off, both are pretty crappy.

What's your budget? Airsoft world has a lot of good stuff, but the low power section dont contain them. You're looking at 150 squids for something reasonable.

Do you intend to skirmish? or play in your backyard?

Just for in my garden, I dont intend to do any skirmishes because If I did I would buy more of a proper gun.
