    Hello all you motorheads.

I'm currently thinking of replacing my 2007 Audi A4 SE 1.9. Its a good car, has been chipped up to 135bhp. Got it imported from the UK so its well specced. would be looking for '09 or '10

What would anyone recommend? I'd gladly go down the import road again. I'll go out and drive a few before I settle on one.

    Passat 2.0 bluemotion? Passat CC?
    new A4?
    Mondeo?
    Mazda?
    what else is out there?

Ok, i should have added I had an Octavia before I got the A4, so I just want to know what else is out there.
I don't really keep that close an eye on cars

    What about this?

    What's the budget?

Frankly if you're happy with an A4 the new model will be a nice change. Passat and Mondeo (and A4) are common as muck, personally that would put me off. I'd be worried about Mondeo re-sale because of all the fleet sales and memories of conversations with owners but dunno if that is unfounded.

The CC in the right colour/spec is a gorgeous car. Also, the Mazda 6 would be high on my list but many on here would castigate it for not having Audi interior plastics or because the 2.0d in the old model was troublesome.

Other than that...Opel Insignia? A '10 new model Volvo S60 might be within budget as well...

The Passat CC is suprisingly slick. Looks amazing when seen in the flesh.

And I love red in them..:D He has a few more aswell. I think they are specced very poorly and one with lots of toys will cost you a fortune. Have you considered a Skoda Superb Elegance???

    What are your spec requirements?

Have you thought about 5series? Something like this http://www.carzone.ie/search/BMW/5-Series/M-SPORT-/201038199646367/advert?channel=CARS
