Im having loads of noise issues with the apartment above me.They have wooden floors and there is constant noise from them. The main issue is from the constant 'thuding' from their footsteps and from their music etc although I dont hear them talking.

Its really affecting my sleep so im thinking of maybe soundproofing my ceiling, does anyone think thats possible? or would it make any difference etc?

Many thanks for your help, Im beginning to crack up due to lack of sleep!!
