So my problem is basically what it says on the tin, after running or cross trainer session, I lie in bed unable to get to sleep for ages!
It doesnt even matter what time I go for a run, early afternoon or evening, I just seen to be unable to sleep....any ideas?

Strange! If I do anything after 7pm I can guarantee that nights' sleep will be a write-off.

So is it any day that you exercise it happens?

Yep, this is a big problem with me as well. I haven't got any fixes for it I'm afraid.
