For my old SE K800i, i used have this great software called MyPhoneExplorer that connected to my phone via bluetooth. You could type and send your text messages on the computer, and they would be sent then via your phone.

I really miss being able to do this, so it there any similar software that anyone knows of that would do the same but for the iPhone?

There"s a desktop version of jellysms. Otherwise to do what you want you need to be jail broken

Thanks, yeah It's jailbroken. However, JellySMS uses webtext correct? I want something that doesn't rely on webtext and when I get a text for it to appear on my computer screen and be able to reply to it right there. This is exactly the way MyPhoneExplorer worked for Sony Ericssons.

Perhaps this just hasn't been done for the iPhone.
