Baked Potato ;) small one probably wouldn't be more than 150cals and it's more nutritious than the others you've mentioned.

One with the least amount of processing. Potato, yams, carrots, turnips are good. Beetroot is a powerhouse of nutrients and turns your pee pink. Celeriac has an astonishingly small number of calories for a root vegetable. Peas, beans, tomatoes etc are all good too.

Bread (including wraps and bagels and brown) and pasta are low on the pecking order. They have a very high number of calories compared to the nutrition they provide.

Foods that are high in complex carbohydrates are often lower in calories. It generally takes more time to eat 100 calories of a banana than it does to consume 100 calories of soda.
