Just have a question about the tickets for the national league match.

    Full Price Ticket
    €13.00
    Family Child Seated Ticket
    €5.00
    Family Adult Seated Ticket
    €10.00
    ADULT TERRACE TICKET
    €10.00

I have chosen the seats and these are the options I have. Whats the difference between the Full Price Ticket and the Adult Terrace Ticket? I have already chose the seats so why is there a different price for the same seat? Anyone any idea?

i'd say if you try to select the adult terrace after picking the seat it'll throw an error

When looking for tickets online for this match there is no student option. Does anyone know how to purchase student tickets for the league matches at croke park? Will there be tickets being sold on the day?
    Thanks

There isn't specific student rate tickets, instead you get a refund on an adult priced ticket for either the Cusack or Davin Stand. On the way in, go to Block D in the Cusack Stand turnstiles and show your Student I.D and you will get €8 back. It's good value, even if it isn't the easiest system. There will be plenty of tickets on sale on the day too, it won't sell out.

Hurling (DUB vs KK) on before hand at 5.15.

Which allow for a enough time between games for a pint and food in the bar while we talk about the hurling and look forward to the football

Wish everyone was thinking that way.

As usual, there'll be a load of Dublin fans* skipping the hurling and arriving in from the pub only for the football. Annoys me every time.

    * I'm a Dublin fan too so it's not an anti-Dublin thing - I'm pointing this out because Dublin are the team with the double-header.

Thee funny thing is yhe biggest crowd of the day yesterday was Dublin v Galway. About 8,000 not bad at all considering the galway at little or no support.

The reason why alot of people are coming in for just the football is that there is a long gap between both games.

We are bringing our team to the game(s) as we have done for the 3 previous games. Unfortunately there is juvenile football on saturday afternoon. (Co board brought forward to 3 pm from 3.30). Match will finish 4.15ish. It will be a tight squeeze to get nets flags down and put away, get the kids changed and fed and back out again. Best we can hope for is to get there for the 2nd half of the hurling.

I went to the previous game and went along for the Minor game with Laois. Horslips were on in between. They only played 2 songs, which is fair enough but the gap between the two games was over an hour. Way too long.

Hi guys. I've a mate coming over from Oz on Saturday. Bringing him to both games as he brought us to an Ausie rules match when we were in Melbourne.
Anyway just wondering if I can buy tickets there/at the gates before the game or will I need to prebook? Thanks

I love how this lazy generalization happens for people who only make the second game.
Its just accepted that all these people are just falling in from the pubs. At the end of the day, there are many many people with work commitments, club commitments and family commitments who just cannot spare the entire evening to enjoy both games. This is not through choice.

I wonder if the people who make these lazy generalizations have young kids and really realise how difficult it is to get babysitters etc in on time to make one game let alone two!

Look if you have so much time on your hands that you can sit in Croke park all afternoon and evening fair play to you, but don't go taking moral high ground and just presuming everyone else is coming in from the pub!
