Spec me a future proof overclocking build

...future proof for a couple of months anyway.

Looking to buy the bones of a build and add an SSD and graphics card(s) to it next year hopefully.

Looking for a processor/cooler/RAM/motherboard combo with maximum overclocking potential per euro.

Motherboard should have onboard video, with the ability to add extra
    GPUs in the future.

Extra points for a deadly case, again something with maximum
    flexibility, tower case I reckon.

I'd like to keep one eye on power consumption if possible. I believe intel CPUs are more power efficient but more expensive and not as overclockable. Is there a solution available that'll allow some kind of switching between overclocked and low-power mode?

So, looking for a case, PSU, motherboard, RAM (8GB), processor, cooler and HDD (1TB ish).

Budget around €550, but flexible if there's value available.

Money saved and ready to order lads, thanks in advance.
