cant trade dc universe online in game shop!

hey guys, Looking to trade dcu in for store credit but store were baffled and me when it came up on their system, nothing about being able to trade it in,so they could not accept it?? Ever hear of this? *snip* thanks

I'd imagine it might be because of the 30 day sub that it comes with free and not being able to dish out another one with it?

Its cos the disk is now worthless, it only works for 30days then you either have to buy a subscription or give up on it. No one else can use the disk.
