Drop into Lee's Honda Centre in Little Island. Its definitely worth a look. Decent prices and a good selection.

Bought a jacket from Lee recently, buttons fell off it within a month of quite low use. Lee gave me a story about how they'd need to take it off me for 2/3 days to get it fixed by some local guy because sending it back to the manufacturer was 'too much hassle'.

Good prices, crap service if anything goes wrong. Same old story with them.

spada textile jacket. no problems with it otherwise. contacted spada, they handle returns via feridax in the UK. Just a bit peeved that I got that kind of service on a product I only bought at the end of Jan.

Long story short, I'm going to fix it myself and lesson learned (again) with Lee after sales.

Under the sale of goods act the jacket has to be fit for purpose. If the buttons fell of then it wasn't. The shop has 3 options to offer you refund, repair, replacement.
They've offered a repair from a non certified repair place you, are entitled to refuse and look for refund/replacement.

Send them this in a registered letter and give 10 working days to reply or you'll go to the Small Claims Court. There's no way they'll win and it only cost €15.

Shocking customer service and shouldn't be allowed.
