Unpaid maternity leave

    just wondering if anyone knows that for the 16 weeks unpaid maternity leave, could you go back to wrk for say 3 days a week and not get paid for the remaining 2 for the until the 16 weeks has expired?? thanks in advance

    No,maternity leave has to be taken "full time". But Parental Leave can be taken the way you ask, if your employer agrees.

    I used my saved up holidays and bank holidays to do the 3 day week initially.
