Missed signing day-Dublin 15

I couldnt sign on today in the Blanch labour exchange because I had a job interview this morning, I only found out about the interview yesterday and was unable to get down to tell them I couldnt sign on tomorrow, I tried ringing their office a hundred times but they dont seem to answer phones, EVER!
I went down after the interview but there was massive queues and signs saying they dont deal with those who missed signing or queries on signing days.

Is there another day or time I can sign on?

In my SW Office in DunLaoghaire if I miss my Sign-On day on a Wednesday I can go down for a Late Sign-On the following Monday. I presume it’s the same in every SW office. So basically they allow for situations like yours and give you the chance to Sign-On a few days later. Go down to the SW office and ask at the reception desk and they will tell you which day the Late Sign-On is. It is usually within a short period of 1.5 - 2 hour period so make sure you find out.

Once I legitimately missed the Late Sign-On too by almost a week and had to go down to the General Enquiries hatch to explain. They gave out ****e to me but signed me on there and then.

I was the same in December I was at a course go over Thursday and you should be able to sign on as its a non signing day make sure u do tho as your payment may be stopped

If you miss signing on in Ballymun social welfare office , you sign on the following afternoon.

Just go down there tomorrow, explain and you should be able to sign on there and then.
Happened to me before and this wasn't a problem

Sorry to be off topic but do you know what time late signing takes place in
Dun Laoghaire office tomorrow ( Monday ) ? I think it's 3 to 4 but l would like to have that confirmed. Don't wan't to be late again
