Where is the cheapest place to buy Windows 7 operating system full one not upgrade. Any ideas i have found one that not oem as that is for system builders. I might look at updating the laptop so can get the oem under upgrade then Thanks

You can do a full clean install on a blank drive with upgrade disk

€45.45!

Re install it as many times on loads of different machines as long as you phone them to change the licence over.
