    Read his stuff before and immediately thought "This chap is the Mr.Bean of weight training". Don't think I've read any since, especially since I found out he's a big BLS fan.

    He was working with Josh Bryant for about a few weeks and got bored and started doing his owe thing. Seemed to be making progress with him aswell but I guess he doesn't like structure and gave up on it.....each to their own!!
