    Looking for advice after being through 8 different people in Sky in A 45 min call...( no one could help and gave up in end)
    My parents have a sky+ system in place but dropped sky subscription about 6 months ago. They received an offer to go back of half price for 12 mths..but this is only for using same equip in place.
    Ideally what they want is Sky+HD in one room, add multiroom sky+ using one new sky+ and old box....
    Looking for a deal but wondering if you have advice e.g. can i use a local sky installer to do this or will i only get the best deal directly with sky?

    From my experience local sky installers are cheaper and one sky installer did nixer for me!
