some advice re: rent allowance

    hi all i was just looking for some advice on behalf of my friend,

    she got a phone call from CWO on friday asking her to come to the office today to talk about her rent allowance (she is in getting rent allowance and loan parent payments), she went up and was asked to fill in a SWA form, and was then told that her rent allowance has been suspended, due to investigation, she lives alone with her kids, there dad comes over in the mornings to see kids before school, the welfare clam they have prof that he lives there (he does not thou), so my question on behalf of her is 1: what happenes next 2 could she have been reported 3 how long will it take to get her rent allowance reinstated thank you
