    See the attached. The Y axis is is kg. i am sustaining a loss without issues. I want to get down to 64kg and will be there by the early days of May.

    The initial dramatic reduction in weight was as a result of eating way too below my BMR. Not recommended at all!!! I only did it because i was ignorant about BMRs and calories and weight loss in general.

    The flatline corresponds with a holiday I took in December.

    The gradual slanting just after the flatline corresponds with a reduction in cardio exercise.

    Weight loss resumes at a good pace thereafter because I increased my cardio.

    The slight spike in late January is an anomaly that i put down to water.
