i am looking for any help possible? the job i have been working in for a long time has changed the way they have paid holidays and brought in a number of cuts to hours and no over time not that we got paid it before for no reason .we have not been hit by the recession quite the opposited but they are now paying you the hoildays when you come back off your hoildays is this legal or is there a reason for this????? they cut all our hours some by 16% and some up to 35% with no notices or any thing is there any way i could make a complaint to NERA or some other agentcey with out them knowing i am there a good few years but some of the lads and girls have been there a life time. this is all after coming about when a new area manager came along who is the boss relitive is there any thing we can do or any advice would be greatful. we are in the catering industery
