When listing items on ebay.ie , there is a box to tick if you want International Site Visibility .

This is when listing ' buy it now ' or auction types .- costs something like 30 cent extra

We never tick this box , but yet we have buyers from both USA & Canada .

Does anyone know how this is possible , and how we can block visibility to USA & Canada .

They'll see your auction if the visit one of the sites you are visible on. All you can do is state that you won't ship internationally, and if someone does bid, then cancel the bid.

We sometimes tick the box to ensure visibility in USA / Canada , but it seems that there is no need for this , as the .ie items are visible anyway.

Had a few problems lately with Canadian/US buyers , mostly claiming they not received the item .

If items are less than say € 20 we normally just send by normal post.

But Canadians are wise to this now , we thinks ., or maybe their Customs are stricter than other countries .
