    Hi all, just wondering which is the more accurate round and which is the cheaper foxing round. Also i have 2 rifles and 1 shotgun already. can i get another rifle or whats the story?? Thanks lads.:)

    .22-250 is dearer to run and may not be licenced depending on your Super for foxing.

    .223 Wolf €10 a box 55 grain hollow point

    you might need to beef up your security also to get another rifle.

    What Rifles do you currently have?
    Would you trade one for an easy life?

    krico .22 and sako 17 hmr. bettinsolli shotgun. trouble is 22 is old andd not worth much. handy for rabbiting. dont want to get rid of it. 17 is great for greys and magpies and have shot a few foxes too but i need a distance gun for foxing.

    To be honest, I'd swap the .17 for a .223 and do all the .17hmr does and more.

    Or just ask your local Garda, worst they can say is no!
