Ken Doherty plays tomorrow evening against surprise qualifier Issara Kachaiwong, he beat Tony Drago in the previous round and the winner will qualify for the event proper in China where they will play Graeme Dott.

Another match of interest would be Steve Davis v James Wattana, it's the first time they have played each other since the quarter final of the World C'ships in 1994.

Jimmy White is currently 4-3 up on Peter Lines, if he wins he plays Dominic Dale to qualify for China.

Wish they would stream the qualifiers. So much snooker I could be watching!

Ken Doherty wins 5-0, Jimmy White won 5-2 and both are Bejing bound!
Nice to see James Wattana back winning, he beat Steve Davis last night and is one game away from making the last 32.

Yeah great wins for Jimmy, he should be able to secure a top 48 place for next season which makes earning ranking points and making tournaments proper a lot easier.
Lets hope Wattana can win his final match, we havent seen him on tv for a while..

A big win for Ken, if he can make it past Dott in China and qualify for Sheffield he may well find himself back in the top 20.
