    Hi All

    Hopefully the right forum .

I'm looking to get a chair repaired...table and other 3 chairs in good condition...but this one chair has a sharp dangerous splinter-type problem. Full set will be going on freetrade.ie to a good home...but I don't want to hand over something that might cause a problem.

Hopefully the attached pics explain...but the rounded frame at the back looks like it wants to straighten !. Any ideas or suggestions as to how/where I might get this sorted ?...or if I need to offer a table + 3 chairs !!. I'm in Dublin north.

    Many thanks,
    K.

In my humble opinion, it would not be worth your while to pay someone to repair that chair. The split would need to be steamed and then glued and clamped back into place. It's also likely that the repair would be visible. That's just my opinion though.
