my m203 will only fire one shot and then has to be built again,it has new seals and bearings, its as if its popping to hard and lifting the seal just enough to make it leak.

    thanks in advance

Some actual detail would be useful? Make, model, gas type etc?
And define "built again", because if you mean screwing the back off half way to reset the pin, then that's normal operation.

Once fired, the pin usually sits within the casing. To reset it, you need to screw the back off a few turns until you hear the pin click. If you get as far as half off, stop and use a pen or something similar to tweak the firing pin around a bit until it does click back into position.
Then simply screw the cap back on tight, ensuring the face of the firing pin is flush with the rear face of the grenade.
