Does anyone knew if i can safely have the heating on at the same time as the stove is lighting. The reason why is to get the heating to substitute the stove when it is not given off as much heat.

Its is an oil heating system and the stove has a back boiler.

Difficult to say as there are some good installs of combined systems and some that are just dangerous. Bring the system to temperature with the oil and fire up the backboiler, turn the oil off and wait for the backboiler to kick in. You need to be at the F & E tank when the oil is switched back on to see if there is pitching or overflow when both systems are running.
