What can one expect to pay for laying timber floors these days?

Looking to fit an engineered board onto UFH downstairs so will require gluing.

    Upstairs will just be floating.

    Cheers.

With the correct underlay you can float on both the upstairs & downstairs. I use an underlay called quicktherm and have never had a complaint.
You should expect to pay approx €18 per square yard labour.
