Park-by-text: Changed Car Details, Still Got Clamped

GF parks in Coolmine station and changed car at the weekend. She uses the park by text service to pay. She updated the reg details on the parkbytext website as it says in the FAQ yesterday at 10am and parked there this morning, but was clamped when she got back from work. Phoned NCPS and there was no record of the update on the clampers handheld system or on the central system when she rang there.
Anyone have any experience with changing car details and how long it takes to update? She had to pay the €120, but is wondering how to go about getting it back.

What is the procedure? Is it a webform on the website? Does she have a record of her communication, e.g e-mail?

Print off the screen. Find out who the clampers are and what their appeal procedure is.

You might also chuck in a data protection act request for all information for the relevant dates.
