Annual Charleville Castle trip 2011

Well thanks to Darren for the reminder to get off my ass and start planning yet another boards.ie trip to the castle.

Same setup as last year and the year before and before and before and before. Yikes it's been that many 5 years and running. Right so we have to pick the dates that suit everyone than I can confirm with the castle.

The will be a weekend overnight stay as usual but on the poll I've only marked the Saturdays for convenience just assume Sunday too.
Please use your boards nick as the name or I will simply guess it to be spam.

Oh forgot to say the numbers will be limited and I will start booking of places once I've confirmed a date with the castle.

Hopefully I can bloody make it this year! Not sure though - final exams and then degree show in May isn't it normally later in the year?

Yea but later usually is colder. May is a good choice as the castle gets very busy in the months proceeding.

Oh your all going to hate me for this but I was just on to Terri at the castle and found out that the 28th has already been booked for Shakefest. As the 28th was a the leader yesterday I've decided to rejig the dates and push things forward a week or two.

I missed it last year, and i'd love to go this year. I'll be out of the country until the end of May though, so the 18th and 19th June would be perfect! Thanks Sebzy for organising again

Any other days in June with exception of 4th are good for me, got the Cork marathon to run on the 6th so don't think drinking and late night would be best thing the weekend of the marathon :pac:

[EDIT] crap turns out the 25th is no good for me in June due to another event, 18th it is so then (which currently has the most votes at the moment).

Ok the 18-19th of June is looking better and better Just got provisional booking of the date from Dudley up at the castle and am waiting for feedback from the other two event organisers involved with the castle now.

Should be able to start taking names for places in the next few days.
