Yahoo problem Columbia

    Hi,

    Dunno if this is the right place to post this. Please move if necessary.

    A friend of mine is currently in Columbia. They are having problems over there and need to access some documents that they saved in their YAHOO account. Unfortunately they are having major problems just trying to log in to the Yahoo site. The online help isn't very helpful and the most they can get from the locals is that "europeans have problems" trying to login.

    Has anyone from experience come across this? Or know a way around it?

    Unfortunately I do not have the full story as they are not in a communications hub obviously.

    They could try setting up an account there. Contact you with the password of the old account and there new email address and you could forward them on.
